For many people Tai Chi and Qigong may look unusual and difficult practices, but instead they can guide you internally to find deep calm and balance. Anyway, you will not practice Tai Chi or Qigong with me, unless you require them as a specific series of classes. No, it is the principles behind those practices that matters. Once you find your center and your safe place inside of yourself, once you start observing and not merely seeing, everything else goes to its place, outside. Whether guiding an individual through personal transformation or leading programs to improve your corporation’s leadership, I draw upon these timeless insights to foster sustainable growth, inner peace, and effective communication. The traditions and cultures that shape each of us are invaluable treasures, deserving of preservation and profound respect and this is why I found a way to speak and teach my techniques to everyone, creating an universal way to find your internal safe space.
It’s essential to possess the necessary skills to navigate the spectrum of high and low-context cultures, understanding and appreciating their differences, blend them harmoniously when in groups.
My approach focuses on valuing these distinctions from every angle, ensuring the best possible communication. Genuine connection is built on understanding, empathy, and respect, qualities that remain uniquely human.

My Path and Passion
My path has been a tapestry woven with diverse cultures and languages, spanning over 25 years living and working abroad in different fields. I’ve gained invaluable experience across areas such as tour operations, aviation, education, and embassy work, teaching children and seniors, guiding young adults to find their path around the world, mentally and physically, training actors, singers and dancers to find their centre, in different roles and in multiple countries. This has fostered a profound understanding of diverse cultures, personalities, challenges, difficulties, diversities, similarities, but at the end it was always HUMANITY. My experience included extensive engagement with African nations, Chinese and Eastern philosophies, South America, Brazil, Portugal, the United States, the UK, and Italy.This immersive experience has not only honed my communication skills but, more importantly, deepened my understanding of the intricate nuances that shape human interaction across different cultural landscapes. From facilitating cross-cultural dialogues to providing guidance and support in various international settings, these experiences ignited my passion for connecting worlds and empowering individuals. I LOVE PEOPLE, I LOVE THE WORLD! I’ve witnessed firsthand how understanding and empathy can transform challenges into opportunities, and it’s this belief that drives Global Connect Solutions.
